Take your measurements in the morning, right after getting up. Use a flexible measuring tape. Here is what you measure:
• cB - Ankle:
Measure the circumference at the slimmest part of your ankle.
• cC - Calf:
Measure the circumference at the widest part of your calf.
• cD - Under the knee:
Measure the circumference of your leg under your knee.
• lD - Length to the Knee:
Measure from the floor to about 2 fingers below your knee. Knee-high compression socks should end about 2 fingers below the knee.Facts:
